You’re not a mess. You’re overwhelmed.

Let’s fix that.

If anxiety, ADHD, or depression have you feeling maxed out, you’re not alone. Blossom and Heal offers real tools for women—no shame, no pressure, no complicated, hard-to-follow programs.

You Don’t Have to Do This Alone

I know what it’s like to feel stuck, overwhelmed, and totally over it.

To wonder, “Why is it always this hard?
To think, “How does everyone else seem to have it together?”

Spoiler: they don’t. And you don’t have to fake it either.

You deserve support that meets you where you are.
That works with your nervous system, not against it.
That helps you feel steady and resilient—
without losing the weird, messy, wonderful parts of being human.

That’s what Blossom and Heal is here for.

Hi!

I'm Charis Denny.

I’m a Certified Clinical Herbalist and Flower Essence Practitioner with a background in Mental Health Counseling.

I’ve lived with anxiety and severe ADHD for most of my life.

And when depression knocked me flat in 2021, I had two choices: surrender or fight.

I fought back- with herbs, flower essences, nervous system science, and 20+ years of clinical experience.

Not with perfection, but with persistence and a self-compassion that bloomed only after everything else failed.

It wasn’t pretty—but it was real. And it worked.

And that’s when it hit me:
If I was struggling this hard with all the tools I had,

how much harder must it be for women who don’t?

That question changed everything.

After years of helping clients with everything under the sun, I realized where I felt most called:
women’s mental and emotional health.

Because this is where I’ve lived. This is what I know.
And when women have real tools and real support- they change their own lives.

Now, that’s my focus: helping women heal their minds, bodies, hearts, and their relationship with themselves-

with legit tools, deep compassion, and a well-placed middle finger to perfectionism and performative healing.

What You’ll Find at Blossom and Heal

Let’s be real—there’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to mental health.

You don’t have to choose between science and “woo,” meds or herbs, structure or flow.

Healing happens in the in-between.

The gray area. The messy middle. The part where you finally learn how to love and accept yourself.

This isn’t about rigid routines or toxic positivity.
It’s about support that’s flexible, realistic, and rooted in self-compassion.

Welcome to Blossom and Heal.

I'm so glad you're here.
