About Me

Discovering flower essences a few years into my herbalism career completely changed the course of my work—and my life. Even now, after all these years, I’m still astonished by the transformations I witness when people begin working with them.

My approach is rooted in clinical herbalism and nutrition, guided by my background in traditional mental health counseling, and expanded by over a decade of experience with flower essences, somatic practices, and mind-body tools. This unique blend allows me to support people in ways that are truly holistic—mentally, emotionally, physically, and yes, even spiritually.

I’m especially passionate about helping women manage ADHD, ease anxiety and depression, and build lives that feel more aligned, resourced, and joyful. As someone who’s navigated my own mental health challenges and ADHD firsthand, I get how overwhelming it can all feel—and how empowering it is to finally have tools that work for you.

While I still work with individual clients, my bigger vision is all about education, access, and empowerment. That’s why I’m creating courses (coming soon!), webinars, premade flower essence blends, and offering high-quality supplements and products—to give more people the support they need to live vibrant, wholehearted lives filled with clarity, hope, and a whole lot more fun.

I’ve been in practice since 2003—as a Certified Clinical Herbalist, educator, and writer (you may have seen me in Natural Herbal Living Magazine). I also owned and operated the Highlands Natural Apothecary in Denver, a fully staffed healing arts center and retail wellness store. Over the years, I’ve worked in non-profit leadership, consulted for small businesses and wellness practitioners, and never stopped learning or evolving my practice.

This work is my calling—and I’m so glad you’re here.

Personal Stuff

When I’m not busy helping people become the happiest, healthiest versions of themselves, you'll find me spending time with my teenage son, my longtime partner, family, friends, and my silly little bulldog-pitbull mix, Bayou Lena.

You can catch me reading about American history, exploring Colorado’s lakes and rivers with my ever-growing flotilla of inflatables, and engaging in whatever ADHD-hyperfocus hobby I'm into that week.

I also love traveling by plane, train, and automobile to see the live shows of my favorite bands, DJs, and producers as often as I can.
