I’m a Certified Clinical Herbalist and Flower Essence Practitioner with a strong foundation in traditional mental health care—and a long, messy history with anxiety, ADHD, and depression. So when I say I get it, I really do.
My approach? A mix of science-backed tools, nervous system know-how, and flower-fueled magic—all wrapped in radical self-compassion. It’s designed as a toolbox, so you can move through it start to finish for a full understanding, or skip around and dive into exactly what you need, right when you need it.
How is this different from the free Serenity NOW! Toolkit? "Serenity NOW!" is your go-to for in-the-moment anxiety relief—like a mental first-aid kit. This course goes way deeper. Think of it as your full-on anxiety toolbox, with everything you need to support long-term wellness, prevent future spirals, and actually change your baseline over time.
Who is this course right for? Honestly? Anyone who deals with anxiety—whether it’s occasional, a constant background hum, or if it feels like the full-blown chaos gremlin is running the show. It’s also a great fit for wellness pros, therapists, or caregivers who want to offer more support to others without burning themselves out.
Is this course evidence-based? Yep. Most of the tools I teach are backed by solid research and clinical use. A few practices, like flower essences, don’t have as much published data yet, but they’ve been used safely and effectively for more than a hundred years (and I’ve personally used them very successfully with clients for twenty-plus years!)
Can I take this while I’m in therapy, using medications, etc? Absolutely! This course plays nicely with both. If you’re working with a therapist, taking medication, or engaging in any other treatment that is improving your quality of life, keep doing that! I am a huge proponent of using EVERY tool available for our health and well-being. This course is here to support your process, not demonize or replace your medical care.
Are there any safety concerns with herbs or supplements? Flower essences are super safe and won’t interact with meds. For herbs and supplements, I’ll walk you through what to consider, and I strongly recommend using a drug interaction checker (like Medscape) if you’re currently taking any herbs, supplements, or prescriptions. Also, it’s always a good idea to run potential changes past your doctor!
What are your qualifications—and is this medical advice? I’m a Certified Clinical Herbalist and Flower Essence Practitioner with a background in traditional mental health work, in practice since 2003. But I’m not a doctor, and I don’t diagnose, treat, or prescribe. This course is for educational purposes only. You’re always the expert on your own body, and I highly encourage checking in with your provider before making any changes to your care plan.
Do I need any background knowledge before taking this course? Not at all. Everything is taught in plain language, in as accessible and simple terms as possible. You can start right where you are and move through the material at your own pace.
What should I do if I’m in crisis? This course isn’t meant for crisis situations. If you’re struggling and need immediate support, please call or text 988 (in the U.S.) to talk to someone trained and available 24/7. You are loved, your light is needed in this world, and you don’t have to go through this alone.
