You’ll learn the foundationswhy tapping works, how to do it, and when to use it—but the real transformation happens in the tap-along video library, where you can press play and regulate in real time. These guided sessions help you move through anxiety, self-doubt, overwhelm, burnout, sleepless nights, and all those “I-might-actually-implode” moments life keeps throwing your way.

Module 4: The Tap-Along Video Library (the heart of the course)

  • Guided sessions for anxiety, self-doubt, burnout, boundaries, and more

  • Quick “in-the-moment” resets when you need fast relief

Module 5: Tapping as Ritual
