    Please note that Fullscript and Blossom and Heal have different Return and Refund policies. I ask that you read them carefully because I do not have any control over Fullscript's policies.

    Blossom and Heal Return and Refund Policies:

    We do not accept returns unless there is a mistake with your order, or if an item has arrived damaged or defective. If this is the case, contact Blossom and Heal as soon as possible so that a replacement can be shipped out to you. It will expedite your product replacement if you include a photo of the damaged item, as applicable. 

    Even though we don’t accept returns, we do want you to be absolutely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Charis. There are a number of options available to resolve any issues you might have with your purchase and she will work with you to make sure you’re happy!

    Fullscript Return and Refund Policy

    You can request a return for unopened products delivered within the last 30 days. Products must be returned to Fullscript to receive your refund. When you contact us to start your return, we’ll provide you with the return shipping address and a unique RMA number. Please write this RMA number on the outside of your return package before shipping it back to us.

    Refunds are issued when products are received at the warehouse and are applied to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to appear in your bank account. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless Fullscript or the courier is at fault.

    Returns may be refused from customers suspected of abusing this policy.

    Return processing times

    Returns must be processed by the receiving warehouse before your refund is applied. This can take 5-10 business days once the item is received at the warehouse. You’ll receive an email confirming your refund once it has been completed.

     

    Payment refunds

    Refunds are applied to the payment method used to place the order within 1-3 business days of receiving your return.

     

    Return shipping labels

    We don’t provide return shipping labels.

     

    Product Shelf-life Guarantee

    We guarantee a 90-day shelf-life on all products and products are guaranteed to have a shelf-life covering the duration the bottle should last. Products with an expiry short of 90 days are removed from our inventory and aren’t distributed.
