🌸 QUICK START GUIDE: How to Take Flower Essences

🌺 WHERE DO I GET FLOWER ESSENCES?

You can find flower essences online or at many local health food and supplement stores. And of course, you can get them directly from me in the Blossom and Heal store:
- Bach single remedies
- A full line of pre-formulated blends
- Custom formulas created just for you
- DIY bottles with your choice of essences

🍃HOW DO I USE FLOWER ESSENCES?

Take 4 drops, 4 times a day—straight under the tongue or added to any drink. Can’t remember to take them that often? Join the club. Try this: Add 10–15 drops to a glass of water you sip throughout the day. Works just fine.

Ideally, you’ll pause, breathe, and check in with yourself before each dose. Realistically? Sometimes they end up in your to-go coffee or water bottle. That’s okay. Intention is great, but consistency matters more.

🌼 HOW DO I KNOW IF THEY'RE WORKING?

Flower essences usually whisper, not shout. They work subtly—until suddenly, they don’t. One day you react to a triggering situation with calm, or realize you’ve let go of something that used to haunt you.

Sometimes, though, they bring buried emotions to the surface before easing them. If it feels too intense, just cut back your dosage for a few days.

Want proof they’re doing something? Keep a simple journal. Rate your mood, jot a few thoughts, and check back in after a couple weeks. You might be amazed. (Bonus: your free journal template is included with your purchase.)

🍃 WILL FLOWER ESSENCES INTERACT WITH MY MEDS OR SUPPLEMENTS?

Nope. Flower essences don’t interact with anything—not medications, supplements, alcohol, cannabis, or even your daily triple espresso. They're vibrational, not chemical, and safe to use alongside anything else you're doing for your health.

🌺 DO FLOWER ESSENCES GO BAD?

Only if you help them! Store them somewhere cool and dark, and you’re golden. Just avoid touching the dropper to your mouth—bacteria can sneak in and cause spoilage. If it looks cloudy or funky, toss it and clean the bottle before reusing.
