Hi, I'm Charis Denny.

I’m a Certified Clinical Herbalist and Flower Essence Practitioner with a strong foundation in traditional mental health care—and a long, messy history with anxiety, ADHD, and depression. So when I say I get it, I really do.

 

My approach? A mix of science-backed tools, nervous system know-how, and flower-fueled magic—all wrapped in radical self-compassion. No shame, no “just breathe through it,” and definitely no toxic positivity. Just doable, intuitive support for real people with real feelings (and real lives).
